The COMMAND Cleaner is a proven, highly-effective device for cleaning
conveyor belts. It offers exclusve features satisfying the rigid performance requirements
of the conveying industry. Our units are designed and built to meet the requirements of
the work to be done and are built to meet your application needs.
The COMMAND cleaner employs segments which do not clog-up,
regardless of moisture content or weather conditions. Equally important, they offer long
service, thus requiring nominal maintenance. Segment life depends on the material carried
and hours of operation. Periodic adjustment is required.
Our systems are capable of cleaning belts carrying coal, coke breeze, ore, taconite, glass cullet, oil shale, tar, sand, cement, limestone and fertilizer. They perform well under wet or dry conditions and are also effective ice removers. All materials are removed from the belt in a clean, positive manner.
Our units accommodate standard belt widths from 18 to 60 inches, and
can be engineered or customized for non-standard widths. Our model HCM shown above
represents the basic construction of our equipment. Depending on your needs, various drive
modifications and methods for mounting are available.
